- Pinch of Ceylon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons raw, local honey
- 8 ounces warm water or tea
- 1-2 tablespoons Bragg's raw apple cider vinegar
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of cloves
- Pinch of ginger
In a coffee mug, combine a pinch of cinnamon with 2 tablespoons honey; add warm water or your favorite hot tea.
Add 1-2 tablespoons raw cider vinegar and a pinch of nutmeg, cloves and ginger.
