- 1 teaspoon ginger
- ½ teaspoon peppercorns
- ¼ teaspoon cloves
- ½ teaspoon black tea
- 8 ounces hot water
- 2 ounces apple juice
- 1 lemon wedge
Instructions
Add spices to the black tea (Lapsang Souchong offers a smoky flavor) and steep in hot water. Strain over apple juice and squeeze lemon wedge into the beverage.
