Kombucha Mimosas
If you’ve never tasted kombucha—an effervescent drink packed with healthy probiotics—what better way to start than with a mimosa?
Combine strawberries, orange juice, orange zest, vanilla extract and ground cardamom in a small bowl. Let sit until berries start to release their juice, about 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, swirl ½ cup honey into the yogurt.
Assemble the parfait in the following manner: Place ⅛ cup strawberries in the bottom of the glass. Cover with ¼ cup yogurt; follow with an ⅛ cup strawberries, top with yogurt, drizzle with 1 tablespoon honey and garnish with ¼ cup chopped pistachios.
